All participants have three opportunities to pass the online test, with immediate feedback provided after any incorrect responses. Please be aware that the safety standards imposed by your company may be more stringent than OSHA’s requirements.

Important Course Details:

  • Completion Time: The course must be completed within six months of your start date. To successfully finish, you need to spend at least 10.25 hours engaged in the online course and supplemental materials.
  • Evaluation: At the end of the course, you are required to complete an evaluation to receive your certificate of completion and DOL/OSHA Card.

This certificate-level course offers a proven method for securing your DOL/OSHA 10-Hour Card. Fortier will record your score and submit reports of all successful course completions to the DOL and OSHA. After you receive and sign your card, we’ll mail it directly to you, typically within two weeks of course completion.
