Course Description
The Rigger and Signalman Operator Safety Training course equips workers with essential knowledge and skills to safely prepare, secure, and guide loads for lifting using various types of lifting equipment. Participants will learn proper load rigging techniques, hazard identification, and best practices to ensure safe and efficient lifting operations.
The course emphasizes hazard awareness and control measures to help operators avoid accidents, injuries, and costly downtime while guiding cranes and other lifting machinery to their destinations.
A final exam will test students’ retention and understanding of the course material. Upon successful completion, participants will receive a Certificate of Completion, which can be presented to an employer as proof of training.
