The 8 Hour HAZWOPER Supervisor Refresher Online course satisfies the annual refresher requirements under 29 CFR 1910.120(e)(8) for General Industry and 29 CFR 1926.65(e)(8) for Construction, along with equivalent EPA and State OSHA regulations.
It ensures supervisors, managers, and safety personnel remain current on OSHA’s HAZWOPER standard, hazard recognition, and site safety program implementation. This refresher is for individuals who have already completed the initial HAZWOPER Supervisor training and need to maintain compliance.
Note: This course does not fulfill 29 CFR 1910.120(q)(8) or 29 CFR 1926.65(q)(8) emergency response refresher requirements.
